Terms of use
These terms govern the current CAMPBOX web app, a planning service for camping trips, campsites, packing, food, weather, pitches, loading and family preparation. CAMPBOX is currently provided as a free web app; no paid subscription is offered from this public site.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add, keeping account access secure and activity carried out through your account or family.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse CAMPBOX, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another account, upload unlawful material or use automated methods that place unreasonable demand on the service.
Planning information
CAMPBOX is an organising aid, not a safety guarantee. Confirm campsite availability, facilities, pitch dimensions and rules directly with the campsite. Forecasts can change. You remain responsible for vehicle and trailer limits, secure loading, food safety, allergies and dietary requirements.
Third-party services
Authentication, campsite search, maps, weather and photo analysis may depend on third parties. Their data can change and their services may be unavailable. Required provider attribution remains displayed in CAMPBOX.
Content and intellectual property
The CAMPBOX name, original interface and original written content are protected by applicable law. Third-party photographs, maps, campsite information, weather data and provider services remain subject to their own rights and terms.
Availability and accounts
CAMPBOX may update or withdraw features to maintain the service. Access may be suspended where an account is misused or where reasonably necessary for security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that third-party information will always be complete.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CAMPBOX is not responsible for decisions made without independently checking campsite, weather, loading, vehicle, trailer, food or safety information.
